Excellent experience at Cribbs Causeway
Bought one secondhand 208 Peugeot and a new 3008 Peugeot hybrid from the Cribbs Causeway branch. From start to finish the service was excellent, from arranging finance to picking the cars up. We were kept updated every step of the way. Nigel the salesman was brilliant & couldn't be more helpful and was always readily available when we had questions.... Definitely 10 out of 10 for this branch!
Great Experience
I just bought a new car from Ray and he has been very helpful from the beginning of the process to the end when I finally drove off with my new car. He is very enthusiastic about his job, he has a great product knowledge and seemed like he really cared about getting me the right car. The process was very quick, was well explained and easy. When it was my time to take the car home, he spent a good amount of time to explain how the car works and answer all of my questions. I must say that Ray is the best person I have dealt with when buying a new car.

I have been a customer at Robins and Day for over 10 years. Bought a Verve 308 ten years ago and had it serviced every year at R and D. No problems so I have replaced my old car with an EV. This is my second visit to Crawley to purchase a car, both times I have been lucky enough to deal with Jayme Ablitt. He is an absolute credit to Vauxhall, nothing is too much trouble. He was able to answer all my questions, took the time to take me out on tests drives, compared lots of different cars for me both times have been a real positive experience. Crawley is not my nearest Vauxhall dealer but I would never go to any other now I have found the gem that is Jayme at Crawley !
