Robins and Day Sheffield engineering dept are first class. The work needed and the m.o.t test pricing were all clearly explained, as were advisory notes on the m.o.t certificate, my lift to work from the showroom was timely and the driver cheerful, shall be with them again for service and m.o.t in 2022, they are a class above other Peugeot dealers - well done.
Repair appointment
Small repair completed quickly and efficiently. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It would have been 5 stars but parts were not available at the time of the first appointment and I had to return next day.
Professional and helpful
Robins and Day have always been extremely professional and helpful. This year I booked my service online but when I took my car for its service they had no record of my booking. However the receptionist was incredibly helpful and booked my car in there and then and I was able to collect it that same afternoon.

Service as I've come to expect it at our local Robins and Day. Good communication including the vehicle health check which lets me know what work may be necessary over coming months and the friendly phone call to let me know when the car is ready for collection.
