I went to Robins & Day DS Manchester only as a result of a poor experience elsewhere, and cannot tell you how impressed I was with the level of service, responsiveness and care that I received.
After meeting with Joshua & test driving the beautiful DS7 Crossback, I placed an order for the car. The process was simple . After ordering the vehicle, I had a number of questions and Joshua was patient and reassuring when dealing with me.
When the car was delivered, Connor took care of the handover. He too went quickly through the handover process & paperwork ensuring he pointed out key pieces of information and making sure I understood the implications. He then took as long as I needed to show me the different controls and functions of my new car,
I have bought from 3 or 4 different dealers over the last 10 years or so, but this was by some margin the best, least stressful and most professional car buying experience I have ever had.

I have just ordered my new ‘Motabilty’ Car from Robins & Day (Preston) and I cannot fault the service I received. Shaun Mayers who dealt with me was all I could ask for. I initially went to your Tyburn Road site to look at a Citron C3 they guy I spoke to was pleasant but not to helpful. So i decided to look at the Peaugot side of the showroom.
Wow what a different vibe was greeted well spoken to by at least 3 people to see if I wanted any help one of which was Catlin. Well what can I say a lovely young womem with fantastic knowledge of the 208 that I was looking at knew every aspect of the car . Explained the Motability scheme to me thoroughly which is exactly what I wanted.
That was it SOLD no need to look anywhere else. My new 208 has been ordered exactly as I wanted it a automatic , right spec,colour,
delivery date ect ect.
Would highly recommend Peaugot Tyburn Road Birmingham especially Caitlin the sales executive very professional knowledgeable and courteous.

Robins and Day Croydon are a decent
Robins and Day Croydon are a decent, honest and friendly dealership. I've been very happy with the overall service I have received from the team at Croydon. I would definitely buy a car from them again and the car service department is honest, efficient and straight forward which is all you can ask for when it comes time for an MOT and service.
