We returned to Robins and Day to purchase our new car, we felt we had a good experience last time and wanted to return, also we really liked the Mokka so wanted to upgrade to the new fully electric Mokka, Razvan assisted us in our purchase and was very helpful in our decision making, assuring us that we were buying the right car. This is the first time i am going for a mobility car. I hadn't had much luck until today when i walked in to peugeot and got a lovely welcome from robbert! My appointment was quick to get too! When i turned up, bare in mind i was late, i still got
a welcone and the service was fantastic! and hoping now that i can look forward to something. The pressure from before with a different dealer to this one makes me feel safer. I would defo recommend them.

Robins and Day Chingford
When geography is an obstacle, arranging a transaction over the phone and by email could possibly be a bit awkward. There has to be an element of trust on both sides.
Walid and Manager Rob made it very easy.
I turned up unannounced on Sunday afternoon. A day early. No problem at all to Walid, he gave me the guided tour and it was obvious he's a knowledgeable guy.
Back the next morning to finalise paperwork, friendly welcome again. Car was absolutely immaculate inside and out, credit to the valet.
Signatures completed and time to head off. Walid explained the buttons and gadgets for a third time and even made sure the sat nav was pointing me in the right direction.
Would I use R&D Chingford again? Yip, sure would. Thank you gentlemen....
