Booked my car into Robin's and day Vauxhall Beckenham for its 1st service, they offered to collect and deliver it on the same day, they turned up bright and early and brought it back in the afternoon as promised and was surprised to see it all clean and shiny as well, great service from Eddy and the team thank you

Went to this garage at 11.45am on a Saturday morning (they close at midday) with my tyre pressure warning lights on. They were extremely helpful, pumped my tyres up, reset the tyre pressure and sent me on my way. I was in a mini! Thank you very much. I have told everyone... If you have a Peugeot...lucky you. They will look after you.

My friend suggested to view the Robins and Day (Salford) website and particularly to contact Naresh Syal to find my new Ds3. This proved to be great advice. Naresh was a joy to deal with, pleasant, professional, with no pressure and very knowledgeable. The whole process was done with the minimum of delay and fuss and without stress. I would recommend both Naresh and Robins and Day for anyone after a good deal on a used vehicle as the website reflects fully the vehicles on show. A great purchase !!!

We enquired about a car over the phone…

We enquired about a car over the phone originally as it was over 2 hours away. The salesman was very understanding of the situation and gave us a full and honest run down of the condition of the car (we bought used) even to the point where he went to take a look at it himself with me on the other end of the phone. We decided to make the journey to view the car and was met with a very warm and friendly welcome. Same day test drive was no problem and condition of the car was exactly as described over the phone. A few minor scratches which were repaired and a full tank of petroleum as promised before we collected The car. This is my 3rd car purchased through a main dealer and I can honestIy say, by far the best experience! I never thought I’d be 5 starring a car dealer especially a main dealer as usually it’s the hard sell. Not so much on the car itself but all the other things they want to try and sell you. In this case I take my hat off to these guys for making the whole experience a pleasurable one. Special thanks to Seb our salesman, a lovely guy who made the experience what it was. Have no doubts if you are thinking of popping in on them, they will look after you! Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thanks again to Seb.

Naresh Robins and Day (Manchester) I have just picked up my Peugeot 308 GT Line from Robins & Day in Manchester, I couldn't be happier. Having identified the car online, making my initial enquiries telephone to picking the vehicle up yesterday, Naresh has been an absolute star from beginning to end, making the process stress free and dare I say fun! Exactly how buying a car should be. I was called back when promised and provided with all the relevant details prior to visiting the dealership to discuss the finance aspects, actually see the car itself and take a test drive. When I met Naresh in person he was professional, friendly and welcoming with no hard sell. He covered all the pros, cons of the car and the same with the additional after sales products available, again no hard sell or excessive sales patter. The car was available for pickup at a time that was convenient to me and without any hitches or problems, with a full rundown and overview of the car provided. I would like to say a big thank you to Naresh for making what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one. Nothing seemed too much for him and it's clear he takes pride and enjoys his job. That can't be said for every car sales person I've dealt with!!
