Excellent service during the current situation.

Even with the lockdown during the corona virus situation, we were kept updated with progress and likely delivery schedule. With the showroom remaining closed, Neill & Brian at R&D, Glasgow kept us informed of arrangements. Delivery was arranged to our home address and all paper work and handover completed in a friendly, professional and safe manner. Great service during difficult times.

Excellent service from Robins and Day

Excellent service from Dan and Robins & Day Manchester. Picked up my car today which was so easy. Dan has helped me purchase the vehicle remotely through the week. I went today to collect the car. Dan adhered to social distancing rules. The car was ready and waiting. One signature and I was off. Dan emailed me before I got home to let me know to call him direct if I had any problems. Excellent service.

Bought a used car this week and have to say the level of customer service I received was brilliant. Dan kept me fully informed where my application was upto and made the purchase easy. I was nervous as I was not able to view the car before purchase but have to say it is exactly as described immaculately cleaned and disinfected ready for me to collect. I had an alloted time to collect to ensure everything could be done at a safe distance. Thanks Dan for all your help!

Brought a Peugeot Partner Tepee

Brought a Peugeot Partner Tepee , used, very low mileage for year as ex mobility . Salesman Brian MCclean , Glasgow Peugeot. First time brought a car unseen and that worked both ways as px involved. Cars changed at my home some 90 miles away in England but all went very well as you would expect from a main dealer. Was informed of slight body damage before delivery and they were prepared to fund having work done in my location given current Corona hassle but on delivery was so minor that I decided not to bother, blind man would be happy to see it and all that and I'm not that precious where cars are concerned. Only other thing was car registered mobility and had to go to post office to change use and tax but done (still not convinced it's done but I have a bit of paper to say it is ) just a very long three quarters of an hour with phoning post office help line (them not me ) any way that aside a nice car that Robins and Day pulled all the stops out to achieve sale. Many thanks to all involved.

Wanna buy a car in their Leicester branch? Search for Sarj. Very diligent, attentive, and friendly. I bought my C4 Cactus with him and everything was absolutely perfect. Sarj was very fast to proceed with all paperwork, and always clear about all steps. Next time, I am coming again to this branch of Robin & Day, to buy the same car, when my new Cactus retire. By the way, the car is super cool, great design, smooth to drive and guess what? I am very happy. Thanks Sarj, thanks Citroen.????

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT ROBINS & DAY BRISTOL With poor timing I found myself accidentally carless just prior to Lockdown. I found a vehicle on the website and made an enquiry. Steve responded and I made a reservation online. With dealerships closed, I corresponded with him and with some input from Rob we completed a lot of the background work to arrange the sale of the car. This week Steve let me know that we could arrange a click and collect, and I completed the final paperwork (virtually) with Justin. I collected on Friday, and met with Steve and Justin (at a distance!) who were just as lovely in the flesh as they were in my phone and email dealings with them :)! The team were especially helpful and informative throughout, and although the process did take a while, this was only because of the restrictions imposed as part of the lockdown arrangements. I am delighted with the car, and extremely grateful to Steve, Justin and Rob at Bristol who sorted everything for me against all the odds! Thanks, and I hope to deal with you all again in the future.

During covid19 I recieved exceptional…

During covid19 I recieved exceptional service with Robin's and Day in Crawley. My clutch went at a time when I could of done without. Never would I of bought a car without driving it and seeing it properly. But i wasnt let down or disappointed. The car was just as promised. They kept to every word, arrived on time, delivered my new car to my door with no extra charge. Having always drove vauxhall cars I was happy to proceed without test driving. On arrival the 2 friendly gentleman was in PPE and all safety measures was taken. They took away my part exchange. No hassle even though my clutch was sticking. No charge. Kept in touch to ensure I was happy al nd satisfied after the sale, all round couldnt be more satisfied. I wouldnt of expected such a high standard of service during this time given the circumstances of the covid but I did. I will be back in 2-3 years to buy my next vehicle and I can only imagine what service I will recieve. Thank you so much Dean and Terry. I couldnt recommend the team enough. Stay safe x
