Knocking noise
I had to return my car to the dealership for them to investigate a knocking noise (the noise has been there since I drove it off the forecourt, but I believed it was something rattling around in the boot) which I thought was coming from the rear of the car. Also there was other stuff that didn’t work Stop/Start, 12v charger and 3 audible alarms. All of the above has since been resolved. The knocking noise was the FNS ball joint which I’m led to believe can be a MOT failure. After speaking to some of the employees they concurred that some of those faults should have been picked up before selling the vehicle to a customer.
I did like the customer service as they kept me informed and I was very impressed with the Covid rules/guidance they had in place.
