Flew from Edinburgh to this car…

Flew from Edinburgh to this car dealership having spent about 1 week on emails to Scott Andrews Sales about one of their Used Peugeot's. Was kept fully aware of car history and ownership and upon Scott's trusting words and guarantees about this particular car decided to buy it so hence the flight without seeing car in person. Excellent service from this gentleman and made welcome by all other staff members at this Branch.

Fabulous experience bought a year old…

Fabulous experience bought a year old Citroen C3 from the Manchester branch with under 5000 miles on the clock. Had it now for over a year and still like new. Beautiful car sold to us by very knowledgeable staff. Had a slight issue staff apologised profusely and had us sorted in a couple of days. Great price too !!!!

Great personal service during the Covid-19 pandemic

Prior to, during and after lockdown there was very good communication from the staff at Robins and Day, Hatfield. I had replies to emails and calls. I had some serious issues with PSA Finance, they helped to resolve these very quickly once the showroom re opened.

Robins and day Nottingham. What can I say apart from excellent customer service 2nd to none. I bought a new car from them last week And couldn’t fault them in any way shape and form.The Salesman Gary Seagrave couldn’t have been more helpful, even in the Torrential rain. Giving me and my wife his umbrella while he got wet. This is the second car we have bought from them this year the first being for my wife from the leicester branch. In this current climate of social distancing it’s nice to find helpful genuine people and they all are at Robins And Day I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody.

5 star service!

I can not be more happier with the service I received by Anthony Angear at the South Croydon branch. I find it quite daunting buying a new car and he completely made me feel at ease. He was easy to approach and very down to earth. I would certainly recommend buying from Peugeot and especially from Anthony, after all his years of working for the company he really knows his stuff!!!

Pleasant experience, great salesman

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Not hassled by any sales people, decent selection of cars. Maybe a few more lower priced cars would help, as I would 100% tell all my friends but as they are young like myself only have a limited budget. Mark Whelan was an exceptional salesman, respectful, genuine, friendly and passionate. Brilliant service with him, so much better than many other places we went to beforehand. Made the whole thing a great experience and came away happy with a car. Level of PPE was good.

Edgeware branch - Little Mark and Big Mark

Amid Covid-19, you have no idea how anything will pan out during these unprecedented times...but our experience at the Edgeware branch could not have been anymore accommodating, friendly and welcoming if it tried! The showroom has been very safely taped to show 2 meter distances, perspex screens at every table and all staff wearing masks. Looking to downsize from 2 cars to 1 we found a perfect match. After sorting lengthy finance, exchanging details and test driving (twice), we were asked when we'd like to return to collect the car. Cheekily....we asked if we could take it there and then. Since furloughing has left very few staff working unimaginable hours and with work piled high...they did everything they could to speed up the process, washed the car, provided drive away insurance and finalised the finance. 10am-around 2pm, we had part exchanged 2 cars and drove away in our first family car. Mark Martin dealt with us from start to finish, whilst his colleague also provided support to finalise our deal. We are so grateful for their service and willingness to go out of their way. Diamonds!

Sales - Friendly and helpful Sales staff; clarified any queries I had, and made me an offer I accepted. Major delay in delivery, but this was due to the Covid Lockdown, so the showrooms hands were tied. Now just waiting for confirmation of revised delivery date

Fantastic from start to finish

I’ve just purchased a used Citroen Cactus from Redditch and what an absolute pleasure everything was from start to finish. I live in Cambridgeshire and reserved my car on line at the start of lockdown. First I was contacted by the area manager, and then my dealings were with Sue, throughout they were great, keeping me informed and answering any questions I had. I’m a single lady and had bad experiences with garages in the past, but from start to finish I felt comfortable here, and really happy with my deal. What I also liked was that there was no pressure to purchase any extras that I found from all the other dealers I visited before lockdown. I cannot recommend Sue and Robins and Day highly enough, and to top it off what a lovely location the Redditch branch is ????
