Robins & Day Preston - used car delivered off the web
Bought a used Peugeot 208 from Robins & Day in Preston two months ago now, it had a low mileage for the year and was at a good price compared to our local dealers. We did not see the car in person until they had it delivered to us 200 miles away "down south"; delivery was included at the original asking price. The whole process went very smoothly and the sales staff we spoke to on the phone beforehand were all very courteous and helpful. The car was as advertised and has so far run very well. (The only very minor issue, likely not their fault, was that whoever valeted the car did not fix the spare wheel back properly so it was rattling around.) Altogether excellent experience.

This was the second vehicle we have …
This was the second vehicle we have purchased, the other being a van. We used Carwow in the first place to receive offers on a new vehicle and our local Robin's & Day was the best. They communicated well both via telephone and the Carwow messaging interface. The actual buying experience was handled very professionally and efficiently. We have had no issues regarding the van and hope for the same with the new car. We have a servicing contract on the van which seems to work well and will do the same for the car. All our dealings with them have been very good and I would expect to continue using them in the future.

Ricky Carr provided a superb friendly and professional service. He was entirely open about the vehicle we purchased and went out of his way to negotiate a deal with his manager for our part exchange. Great guy! He enabled us to turn up with our old car (for part-ex), complete a test drive and drive away with the new one within a couple of hours all in the same day.

Very helpful staff, even when being quite busy when I went in, the man who didn't deal with Motarbility was more than helpful sat me down and took details.
Then was lucky to slide me in with a Motarbility specialist who was also very helpful.
Was in there about 90 mins had a test drive & all my details and purchase was processed.
Very helpful & friendly staff who accommodated all my questions & left very happy with the staff who had helped me that day.
