Robins and Day Coventry
After an initial delay in someone coming to talk to us, we received excellent service from James and Suzanne. James took me out for a test run first and explained the gadgets etc., then we were attended to, very competently, by Suzanne for the purchasing process.

Great Staff - very friendly and don't give you the hard sell and treat you like an idiot. Luke was very helpful and couldn't do enough. They have stayed in touch over the last couple of weeks whilst waiting for new car to be delivered to check all is ok and to check if I have any questions.

Vehicle needed a small repair and was offered an appointment to wait while it was done instead of leaving the vehicle all day ,which was much more preferable.
It took slightly longer than I was advised due to not being told my vehicle was ready !!!!! Which is why I give 4 and not 5 stars .
