My car was written off in a no fault accident and I have been extremely distressed with all of the hassle. I have bought my last 2 cars from Robins and Day, so my first reaction was to go there first. I was seen by Nick Fitzgerald senior sales advisor. He was so helpful, reassuring and thoughtful about my situation in fact he was an absolute gem!
A daunting experience turned into an enjoyable one
Jamie Furmston at Citroen Hatfield is brilliant at his job and always a delight to deal with. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful, and you don't get the feeling you are being hoodwinked or ripped off in any way. In Jamie's case, it really is the customer who comes first. Sorting out a deal on a new car can be daunting, but Jamie makes it all pretty much plain sailing - turning what could be a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. Thank you!
