Better service than the previous by far!

I bought a used 2008. Sam Malpass was the sales person I dealt with. He was very professional and helpful, answered all my questions with patience. I had a terrible experience with Robins & Day back in 2003 when they were based in Ley Street. I bought a brand new car and didn’t get exactly what I asked for, the sales man refused to take responsibility and more or less told me I will lose my deposit if I didn’t want the car anymore even though he did not order what I wanted and it was a mistake on his part. I shared this story with Sam and even though he didn’t need to, he apologised on behalf of the dealership and even threw in some complementary rubber cars mats at my request! Very much appreciated it and all his help.

Positive experience

We had a couple of hiccups on the test drive but the salesman couldn’t have been more apologetic. He spent a good deal of time explaining the features of the car so I felt well informed before making a decision. He took time to help me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my car when I picked it up. I would be happy to purchase from here again.

Rebecca and Neil at R&D Glasgow were utterly fabulous. From the moment, I walked into the showroom, Rebecca was brilliant - answering my questions, but never pressuring me. Just professional, extremely helpful and delightful to deal with. She and the manager, Neil, gave me an excellent service. Neil was great at explaining the finance options (as I am a bit thick on these matters!) There was a minor issue with my car immediately after I picked it up. Neil and Rebecca handled the situation impeccably. As a result of their excellent service, I have a high regard for Robins and Day, and would recommend the Glasgow branch to others.
