We travelled down from Great Yarmouth…

We travelled down from Great Yarmouth to the Romford Branch and met with Case who took us to see the car we were planning to buy. While there, we were spoilt for choice of what seemed hundreds of cars of the same make but none the same if that makes any sense. He put us right, we bought a car, not the one we went to see, he gave us a good price on a part exchange and we left there very happy. I put Case on the spot when I got there telling him whatever happens I need to be away in an hour Case was excellent in everything he did so Thank you CASE. and thank you Robins and Day.

I cannot fault the service we received

I cannot fault the service we received; I am normally suspicious of car salesmen as I have had unfortunate experiences in the past but Abdul was so helpful and not at all pushy. I would certainly use Robins & Day again (if only I was younger).

WE WENT TO THIS SHOW ROOM WHILE VISIT FRIENDS, WE FOUND A CAR WE LIKED AND BOUGHT IT, WE COULD OF HAD IT DELIVERED NEAR HOME (MANCHESTER)BUT THE SERVICE WE GOT WAS GREAT SO WE THOUGHT BEST TO STAY WITH THE LIVERPOOL SHOWROOM, ANTHONY WAS GREAT INFORMED US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND HOW LONG EVERYTHING WOULD BE, WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR AGAIN HE FILLED US IN FULLY ON EVERYTHING AND ALL THE EXTRAS WE GOT, 12 MTHS WARRANTY, ROADSIDE BREAKDOWN, HE THEN CALLED US A FEW WEEKS LATER TO CHECK WE STILL HAPPY WITH THE CAR. WE THEN NEEDED ANOTHER CAR FEW WEEKS LATER AND WE DECIDED TO GO NEARER TO HOME BUT THE OTHER SHOWROOMS WE WENT TO WAS NOT GOOD DONT OFFER THE SAME WARRANTY,ROADSIDE BREAKDOWN, AND THEY WAS JUST NOT GOOD SO WE PHONED ANTHONY AND ASK HIM TO KEEP A LOOK OUT FOR SOMETHING FOR US, HE PHONED US BACK AND HAS SORTED SOMETHING, SO WELL WORTH THE TRAVELING. We have bought numerous cars from Robins and Days (Sheffield) and each time it has been a 10/10 experience, we have only ever dealt with Darren on sales and i feel he explains everything in detail about the car and the sale and at no point have i ever felt pressured into a sale, my partner has always said that if she came on her own (and her knowing nothing about cars) that they would sell her something that she didn't want, I don't think i would go anywhere else for a car.
