Excellent Sales Experience with none of the bravado!

Ozan was honestly honestly superb to deal with. He didn't hard sell us, took into account our budget and requirements and worked around that and nothing else. Just for the record though, he got the sale! Salesmen get a bad rep sometimes but we honestly felt like Oz was trying to help and was doing the right thing by his customers. Thanks again and can't wait to pick up our new car :)

We were warned in advance about the parking issues on site.

We were warned in advance about the potential lack of parking on site. I have spoken before about the poor parking on a previous review, so R&D are at least warning customers. There is ready access for wheelchair uses or others with mobility issues. The check in at the Service Counter went smoothly. Whilst waiting for our car, hot and cold refreshments were freely available, including alternative to cows milk. We noticed that there was an offer on new cars, the Hybrid types, so we asked about these and ended buying a new car with higher speck than ours at significantly lower monthly payments that were are currently paying. Cannot fault it. Staff, whilst busy, were approachable, answered questions honestly and were very friendly. A great experience. Thanks R&D.

Great customer experience

Great customer experience at the Robins & Day Sheffield branch, from Amelia. She put us at ease and made the whole experience fun. She was very informative, professional and not pushy at all. I couldn't buy from them, as the vehicle was above my budget... but if I am ever in the position, I'll only speak to Amelia. Thank you for a great service Amelia, you are a credit to Robins & Day.

Purchase of our first hybrid

Kevin Ridley, the sales adviser was as helpful as he possibly could be. He arranged a test drive in a car similar to the one I proposed to buy, and supplied answers to all my questions. Unfortunately the co. did not have the exact model in stock, which is why not 5 stars.
