Very good experience / purchase of another used Citroen (our 7th from R&D) a C4 Shine Plus.
Laura was excellent, not pushy, no aggressive sales strategy, she looked after us very well indeed. Especially as it involved a 200 mile round trip to view /test drive, then return to collect the car and do the p/ex.
Would have been 5 stars.. BUT.... let down by service dept / valeter, which was disappointing, but not a deal breaker.
No tyre inflation/ puncture kit supplied, in fairness this was posted to us, but that should not have been necessary. The car has some sensor faults, nearside active blind spot intermittent or not all.. due to lateral sensors issue. n/s parking sensors have visible alert but no audible sound at all.. and only activate when about (40 - 45 cm ) from object.. meaning they are next to useless. It will no doubt get sorted under warranty, but disappointing this wasn't found during the prep /service etc.. otherwise would have happily given 5 stars.. Just a little disappointed and inconvenient.
