We dealt with Mirza Rasheed, who was charming and efficient throughout. We walked in with no appointment, he accompanied us on a test drive to our nearby house to make sure the car would fit in the garage and was very helpful with everything, including altering our pick up/handover time at the last minute. An amazing service by Jack at the chelmsford branch for Peugeot. After experiencing a severely poor service from another dealership of a different brand I was left feeling deflated and annoyed. We walked into Peugeot and were instantly greeted with a pleasant welcoming atmosphere. We hadn't booked an appointment to discuss what we wanted and this was not an issue. Within an hour we had looked at the car that we wanted, discussed all the details thoroughly and then ordered and paid. Jack gave great detailing and explanation of what the car we wanted had to offer. Could not fault the service at all! The staff were friendly, polite and professional. Most importantly I felt valued as a customer and not rushed in any way. We left feeling a millions times better than I did when I first walked in.4 years agoThe gentleman was very welcoming
The gentleman was very welcoming, but in reality I wish I had known how long I would be there, I don't remember being told it could be 2hours! Also I was not aware that they would be really talking about buying a new car, I was not asked if I liked the model I had or if I wished to change it. A most enjoyable day spent with a friendly, professional & knowledgeable salesman Paul Jackson who helped us pick the right car for our needs. He was patient (no matter how annoying we were when changing our minds on colour, engine etc..) thankyou Paul! All the staff were friendly which created a very relaxed atmosphere.
