Amazing service received at Maidstone…

Amazing service received at Maidstone Branch of Robins and Day. We went to get a motability car for the first time and Toni was amazing. Made everything really easy to understand and guided us through all the paperwork etc.. wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble. We are just waiting for our new car to arrive now. Highly recommend.

Deal to be done

4 months ago, I would have left a poor review after turning up to a pre arranged appointment and being kept waiting for 30 minutes, walking out and then not having a follow up call until last week. I am a long standing customer, so when I received a call the week before I expressed my disappointment and received an apology and arranged to go to the show room again. Initially I was offered a deal that was £60 more than I am currently paying which I obviously declined, but there is always a deal to be done and I am paying slightly less for my new car, than I am paying now. Service was excellent and up to the standard I had received in previous years, so thank you for that. You will continue to have my custom and I will continue to recommend you to friends and family.
