My experience was excellent from both Nick and Darren. I felt confident that Nick had my best interests at heart at the beginning of the experience. Unfortunately Nick was unable to complete my order for personal reasons but he made sure that Darren was able to take over who has done just as good a job too. Communication from both salesmen was informative and helpful and I was informed about everything.

I had to visit the dealership on business and realised that my vehicle required a Service.
I did not have an appointment but they managed to fit me in while I was there, which I was very grateful for. They also found that Engine control unit had an outstanding update which they also completed.

WAS dealt with by Simon was very professional and polite I knew what car I wanted and he showed me the car which had the right mileage on and for the right price also booked my older car in to have it's light cluster on the passenger mirror replaced as broken at the same time.

VW e-up
I bought my VW e-up! from Robins & Day last month. The salesman John Hughes was lovely, easy to get hold of and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. When I bought the car it was delivered to me for free a couple days later! John had even taxed the car for me too. Overall really easy to deal with and great experience.
