It all started by our needs for a quality motorbility car , our requirements were determined by time , we had plenty of choices of manufacturers and had originally chosen a manufacturer that we had previously trusted which I won’t name but treated us well , it ended up that they could not help us eventually…… not entirely there fault …….. So we started our quest for a dealer that maybe could help us , as I had had Peugeot vans for years I thought I’d try …. Robins and Day Peugeot , parkwood, Maidstone . I rang and was immediately engaged in a conversation with a very personable lady called Toni , and from word go her mission seemed to me once I explained our predicament was too help complete our goal Toni is a credit to robins and day and Peugeot, as are the team but Toni dealt with us with humour , compassion and professionalism, if you want an over and beyond service and a personal touch ……. And I understand and the concept of ….. it’s there job …. And they may be on commission , but for me that never entered my mind as we due to specific needs required a personal touch to guide us and To understand …….. well Toni ticked all of them boxes ……… thank you Toni xxxx We will always recommend robins and day And send them to our lovely Toni ???? Our local dealership west London was our choice to replace our family car. The salesmen Akeel Osman was appointed again for our new purchase and he couldn’t have been more helpful and to have a non pushy salesperson who understands our needs pulled out all the steps in making our purchase to go as smooth and am quickly as possible as this was our 4th purchase from them. I just bought my 4th new car from Robins and Day Sheffield and as always one of their sales executives, Zoe Robinson looked after me and made sure that what I wanted I got. Zoe is professional, knowlegable and polite with please & thankyou's, and nothing is to much trouble for her. There was an issue in finding the spec I wanted, but Zoe managed to get hold of one for me although I did have to wait a few weeks.
