Easy to book service online although chosen date had to be changed by Robins & Day but alternative date was acceptable. Collect and deliver staff member was very polite and there were no problems.

Professional sales executive
The sales executive Tim Farrow was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Car was delayed due to chip crisis but new sales guy Naresh kept me informed at all time. Paperwork at end was easy and straight forward and he gave us a run through of the car during handover. Highly recommended.
Only went out to look at cars
Only went out to look at cars, didn’t intend to buy one on the day. Didn’t even know what car i wanted.
The staff were all helpful,didn’t push me to buy but gave me lots of advice which helped me make my decision.

We called into Cribbs Bristol Tuesday just to look at the 208, and on impulse bought a diesel model , not the first at this garage. Nick was more than helpful . I don’t like pushy salesmen but he was very polite, helpful and informative, generally very likeable.

As always lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Today I wanted to purchase a car but wasn't sure what spec I wanted. Olivia went through various options and gave me the option there and then to take a test drive. No hard sell just friendly advice which enabled me to make an informed decision.

Carried out Service and MOT. Provided good feedback on condition of the vehicle and explained the small amount of work which needed to be done. Consider they did a good job at a reasonable price. This was the third time a service and MOT had been carried out and I would recommend them.
Really pleasant staff
Really pleasant staff, but I dealt mainly with a salesperson called Saleem. He was helpful, friendly and patient. It all made a major decision far less stressful than I anticipated.

My Experiabce with Gareth has been extreamly good and even after sales he still goes above and beyond to go help me out, he makes a good coffee and it was very much appreciated! I've now got my service book, MOT and am jumping through hoops backwards! Will be recommending him to all my friends.
