Very calm, helpful service. Their computer was slow and took ages to load up the necessary information. Otherwise, we have no complaints!

We bought the car online deposit paid then balance via bank transfer before collection as we loved the car online and several other cars had been sold before we acted we didn't want to loose this one, started off a little vague with feedback tried to get phone calls returned but failed on various occasions but finally got reassurance of everything,but when you purchase a car online with your OWN hard earned cash without seeing the vehicle you would like some reassurance from the dealer, Anyway we turned up to collect on sat 26/05/2017 we found Dave & Daniel extremely pleasant, it was very comfortable and quiet place & calm atmosphere Daniel took the time to handover everything & also put a little cherry on the cake at the end Extremely happy with vehicle and service at the end Thank you Robins & Day Brentford

Very pleasant experience when looking for a new/used car. All sales personnel involved were attentive, listening to my requirements before suggesting suitable vehicles. Short but good test drive for both myself and my partner. Once I had decided on my purchase the necessary form filling was quickly completed. I felt both Greg Clarke and Andrew Bunce understood my requirements so did not press extras I could not afford. Excellent service throughout the deal. When necessary I will certainly return to them.
