My car was collected for servicing at the time I was given and brought home again at the specified time . I was kept aware of what was happening at all times . As always the reception staff were very friendly and professional greeting me by name which is always a bonus . There are plenty of retailers whose staff could benefit by spending some time with your staff . And my car was cleaned before it was returned. Brilliant all round service
