Robins and Day Chingford

When geography is an obstacle, arranging a transaction over the phone and by email could possibly be a bit awkward. There has to be an element of trust on both sides. Walid and Manager Rob made it very easy. I turned up unannounced on Sunday afternoon. A day early. No problem at all to Walid, he gave me the guided tour and it was obvious he's a knowledgeable guy. Back the next morning to finalise paperwork, friendly welcome again. Car was absolutely immaculate inside and out, credit to the valet. Signatures completed and time to head off. Walid explained the buttons and gadgets for a third time and even made sure the sat nav was pointing me in the right direction. Would I use R&D Chingford again? Yip, sure would. Thank you gentlemen....

Utterly tremendous customer service…

Utterly tremendous customer service from Caitliin at Peugeot tyburn road. Her help findingour motability car , patience and assistance to us explaining over and over sometimes issues that we weren't sure of,went above and beyond. What an asset to the company this young lady is. She is like old school customer service was. Informative, polite, patient, calm,kind, knowledgeable, and a thoroughly pleasant young woman. She even went out of her way to include my elderly mum, so as not to allow ger to feel left out. I hope this young lady goes far with this company ,she has senior management potential, and many other car dealer representatives could learn so so much from her. After a stressful 3 weeks with often unhelpful and nonchalant staff in various dealerships, i signed up with caitliin and Peugeot with no doubts at all and came out smiling. So did my mum. Bravo caitliin. And thankyou.

As Good as Always

Our fifth car from Robins and Day where the service provided has been exceptional. The various model features are clearly explained, as are the finance implications of any extras that are added. There's no rush, no pressure and while the finance forms can be a bit long winded, this is for a good reason, which is made clear. The staff are friendly, patient and polite - and good humoured. And the after sales service is great too. (Written by Sue Jones, but she doesn't have a log-in!!!)

A very pleasant experience!

From my initial enquiry to placing our order, I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Sam. He has been so accommodating of last minute requests for appointments and nothing has been too much trouble (he even kindly helped carry car seats to the demonstrator car when I had three little helpers in tow for my test drive). I would really recommend Robins and Day, especially Sam who has been so helpful!

Just ask for Gary he won’t let you down!

Told Gary the issue I was having with another car dealership, he understood and wanted to help. As I live in derby and didn’t have a car, he drove the car I was interested in all the way to mine to show me the car. He sorted everything out from there. The team at robins and day did a great good fitting new tyres and breaks all for no extra cost as well. I couldn’t be more great full to Gary and the team there. I know if I have an issue I could call Gary up and he would remember me because he is that type of person he cares about his customers. Oh and cheers for the pen Gary! 10/10 for this place!
