The service and MOT of my vehicle went according to plan apart from the fact that the car was collected outside the timeframe promised ie. betwen 9 am and 11 am. No other problems

Generally a good experiences
Generally a good experience, work done as expected but man on reception did say car should be ready in 2 hrs but took nearer 4 and as far as I could see nothing extra needed to be done on car so mildly frustrating. In previous services I received email and paper report on work done which I found useful but this time only a verbal report of what needed doing in next 1000/1500 miles.

Mark Lamprell...
Mark Lamprell was very attentive and is good at his job. I found my car online and reserved it late at night, he emailed me straight away the next morning and we had a phone call. The car was so new to the dealership it hadn't even been in the garage yet but I wanted to test drive it the next day so he got it straight in for the MOT and I was good to go. He explained everything clearly and was very patient with me as this is my first car buying experience so had a lot of questions. PCP was too much per month for me but he managed to sort an HP out within my monthly budget and I am still able to part exchange the car, so it's basically a PCP which makes things so much easier. Also, I live in SE London so everything was made very easy by signing online through secure links. Thank you Mark for putting up with my endless questions and making the whole process smooth.
