An extremely positive experience
The best, least pressured, friendly, professional car-buying experience I have had. I was buying an e208 and trading in a Golf R.
The salesman Brody Smith was knowledgeable and informative, never pushy or insincere.
I was offered a very competitive PEX on my 11 year old car and a discount on the overall package price for the new car without having to push or negotiate.
The whole process was calm, unhurried friendly and professional. I was 100% satisfied with the experience and the deal I left with.

Had a recall on our Elddis Autoquest 115 Motorhome .. rang Robins and Day to arrange. From the outset it was so easy .. the advisor I spoke to made an appointment for us for the following Friday .. no fuss and no bother.. very polite and helpful. When we arrived on the Friday the service team were brilliant, explained everything that was going to happen and how long it was going to take. They made us comfortable in the waiting area and then went off to do what needed to be done. The whole process took about 10 minutes.
Excellent customer service and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Robins and Day again.

The person we initially talked to in the showroom looked after us personally from start to finish including an extensive test drive of a hybrid version of the car we were interested in. Nothing was too much trouble. Every query was answered with reassuring expert knowledge.
