I have used Robins and Day Edgeware for all annual car services, MOT and any repairs or updates needed. I find them reliable, proactive and very helpful. Their prices seem reasonable to me. I think their staff are professional, especially their front of house. Excellent service provided.

5 Star Service from Laura at Robins and Day Newport
I’ve recently treated myself to a new (well, new to me!) Peugeot 508 SW from Robins and Day Newport. The INCREDIBLE Laura Stokes made the whole journey and experience an absolute delight.
From start to finish Laura has been flipping brilliant, and quite frankly if you’re looking to buy a car, Laura is the one to see! So open and genuinely lovely, and can’t help enough. Even calling me on her day off (who does that!). I went for a Hybrid and it was my first electric/hybrid car, so I was quite unsure on how it all worked - Laura went through everything in great detail but in simple terms that was super easy to understand.
There was an issue with the car before I purchased the vehicle that the dealership were fixing (one of the electronic gizmos so nothing big), so I had to wait for them to rectify this, and I was kept updated with frequent calls from Laura on the progress as they were waiting for the part to come in. Why include this in the review? Well it shows that they thoroughly test each car before it goes out to the customer.
The only slight downside (that really wasn’t a downside in the end) was when I went to collect the car, the wash it was given prior to collection wasn’t very good and ended up swirling the paintwork. Laura went and got Elliot, who I believe is the Sales Manager and he couldn’t apologise enough and said that I could bring it back to see their body shop guy and he would give it a good polish.
Anyway - I came back and met Luke who is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Left the car with him for the day and it came out looking “ruby red” as he put it.
In summary, I went and got a little treat for Laura and Luke - I’ve bought 8 cars in the last 7 years and I’ve never done that for any other dealer before. Thank you so much Robins and Day. Laura (and Luke!) are both amazing assets to you!
