After having had a diabolical experience with another car dealer, I have to say that the experience with Robins & Day restored my faith.
Curtis Graham the sales rep didn't just go the extra mile he went the extra 10 miles. He and Dan the Sales manager were both superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

As always we received helpful, friendly and efficient service from Sara at Citroen North. She offered good advice and we were given a good deal on the purchase of our new Citroen C3. We have dealt with Sara for many years and would always make a point of visiting the showroom when she is available to deal with. Having said that the whole team are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure the whole experience of visiting is a pleasant one. Thank you

We went to Robin and day at Liverpool, when we got there no one was interested in serving us, we had to find the car we was looking for and find a salesman to talk to. The lack of interest in selling us a car was noticeably so we left and went to sale near Manchester later that week where we was greeted by Luke Smith total different story, Luke was polite and sorted out the car and we placed our order. I must say if it wasn’t for Luke we would of gone and looked at a different dealership.

He knew what he was talking about and answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed. in this day and age it is refreshing to meet someone who has a real worth ethic and passes this on to customers.
