Visited Robins & Day at Sale today.

Visited Robins & Day at Sale today. We had a pre-arranged appointment with Georgia Welsby. We had previously emailed Georgia and she was aware of the models we were interested in. We went for a test drive in the 2008 GT premium model. What a car, it had all the specs we wanted, the drive itself was fantastic, smooth and very quick, it was the automatic model. We chose the colour and all the additional spec we wanted. We were informed of the additional products they offer, no pressure to buy. We have ordered the 2008 model, can't wait for it to arrive and most of all the customer service provided was excellent. Thank you

A Happy Customer

After an initial phone call and chat with a helpful member of the sales team, I arranged a preliminary visit to look at the car I was interested in. The member of the sales team greeted us and showed us the car, answering any questions that arose. She took photos for me , so I could review them at home. it was a covid secure environment with staff wearing masks and a Perspex screen in place by work areas. This was particularly important as I have certain essential criteria, boot size and space in the "cockpit". I then returned a couple of days later to complete the order. We were made to feel welcome, offered hot drinks right away and shown to the appropriate area, where everything went very smoothly. The member of the sales team has kept in touch and always returned my calls. I just have to wait now for delivery.
