Excellent service
Excellent service. Was dealt with quickly and efficiently when i arrived . Courtesy car was clean and handled over easily. Was contacted thst car was ready earlier than I expected. Price was as earlier informed and car had been cleaned and vacuumed.

Left a holding deposit on a Nissan juke. Was told it had a couple of problems which needed further investigation. Called me to let me know the faults and that would be rectified in the work shop giving it a full service and not including a years warranty. As I had no car, they loaned me one to get me by until the car was ready for collection.
I found them to be honest and trustworthy as they kept me informed and put my needs first. I would fully recommend using the Chelmsford office as all staff were polite ,friendly and not pushy. A special thank you to Leona & John Parting with £7000 was made easier by the simplicity of it all.

My first service
Once I managed to get an agreeable time and date for my first service at R&D Godalming, I was very pleased with the way my appointment was handled. I waited in their comfortable showroom for just over an hour. No problems with the car and it was cleaned. A happy customer.
My major gripe was not being able to contact the Godalming Service department directly, always being transferred to their Coventry number. Not too helpful there, and had to wait a considerable time to talk to someone.

I have used Robins and Day Maidstone for many years and always impressed with their service. The service manager, service advisors mechanic’s the whole team nothings never a problem they all go above and beyond to ensure a first class service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
