From initial enquiry to purchase and collection of vehicle, the whole experience at robins and day Peugeot Walton on Thames dealership was first class, couldn’t fault a thing. The customer service we received from David far exceeded our expectations having dealt with many car dealerships over the years. David is a asset to the company with his friendly, down to earth and professional manor which instilled confidence in us to go ahead with the purchase. Helder Panoias looked after us extremely well. He patiently explained all the ins and outs of the car we wanted and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped us agree an excellent deal. I went in for a minor service, The service department were most helpful especially Demi . No surprises with the cost , all work carried out detailed and any problems which need attending to in the future detailed. While my car was being serviced I looked at some of the showroom models not one of the sales team asked if i was interested in any of the cars. To me this was an opportunity missed for a possible sale.Leave us a review
