We found a car online and called and spoke to James at Robins and Day Guildford who arranged a test drive for us. When we arrived James was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. After we had driven the car he talked us through all the features and answered all our questions with ease. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We brought the car and he arranged delivery, keeping us informed all the way. We were very impressed with his professionalism and would definitely recommend.
