I have just completed my second purchase at Robins & Day in Preston. I have been more than impressed with the efficiency, care and kindness both times. I have dealt with John on both occasions which I also think is fantastic as you deal with someone that you are familiar with and obviously felt very comfortable with. Booked my car in for it's MoT. The process was straightforward and professional - they had a one way system and all staff were wearing masks to comply with covid requirements. The staff were very efficient, friendly and professional both when I left the car in the morning and when collecting it later in the day. Great service from Adam Scrimshaw. It's refreshing to deal with a sales guy who's clearly there to talk to people, not just push through a sale. The whole process was easy, professional and pressure-free, and adding that little extra bonus after the sale was already agreed added to an already first-class experience.
