Robins and Day are well organised, polite and efficient. I had a slightly longer wait for my vehicle than advised and I found the waiting area for clients small and sparse but I was able to entertain myself. ( The excellent vehicle collection/drop-off service had been hit by Covid) . From the first phone call I was dealt with in a courteous and friendly manner. I never felt pressurised to accept what the salesman offered. Information was given to me clearly and concisely allowing me to be able to make a decision easily. The deal I was offered was very good so easy to accept.
