I have attended this Vauxhall service centre for over 20 years to have my car serviced and MOT'd. Since Robins and Day took ownership I have been happy with the service I have received. I received a text message the night before my service telling me what time I could drop off my vehicle. On the day it was a quick and easy experience to drop off the car. When the car was ready I received a call to let me know my car had passed its MOT with no problems and I could collect it when I wished. I had been offered a pick up and drop off service but I was happy to walk as the garage is local. The cost of the service was as expected with no hidden costs or added extras. A big thank you to Chris Ladesha on the service desk, always welcoming and very helpful with my queries. It's nice to see a friendly face when you walk into a garage and have some continuity by contacting the same person about your car. It makes it feel a much more personal service and inspires more trust and confidence that as a customer you actually matter to the business and the work being carried out on your car is done with care. It was a pleasure deciding to buy the car due to Mark’s talking me through all the paperwork. He had all the information to hand and found solutions for all the questions asked of him. He has sorted a time to finalise it all that fits in with my work hours so I can have the car on the 24th of the month. I highly recommend him to any buyers, he goes out of his way to help get the best deal possible and makes a complicated process effortless. Was seen very quickly, I was talked through through the whole process and if I didn’t understand anything the sales person went through it again for me. Excellent service from Malcolm Watts at the sale garage Manchester. Enquired regarding a new car which was advertised as immediate availability on the Thursday morning, collected the car on the Saturday afternoon same week.
