Very polite, friendly, and helpful with all our questions. Also explained each step toward our selected car.
4 stars for Motability and 5 stars for service
Generally, as a Motability customer, I am happy to say I received excellent service - especially, from the particular sales executive Zaheen as he was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about both the particular car I wanted and Motability scheme. My only reservation is that the choice of colours and specs was/is so limited for Motability customers. If, I had been given greater choice in these regards, I would have given 5 stars (instead of 4).

A) sales wise brilliant no haste listen to negotiate & always accepted asking price.
B) 1 year warranty on second hard car other Dealerships offer 1 month.
C) Mot & Service brilliant.On service of a vehicle customer offers a courtesy car as well.
D) Reception area well presented & one can have coffee/tea various varieties.
I will always recommend you to be their customers.

Great experience from start to finish…
Great experience from start to finish when purchasing our new 208. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and thorough with paperwork and the hand over. Staff listened to our wants for a new vehicle and showed us our options to meet our affordability without the pushy sales pitch and any surprise costs. Highly recommended and will be back for regular servicing and any maintenance.

Why aren’t all motorbility staff like Zaheen in Chingford.?? Polite , helpful , informative ,patient and overall I chose a Citroen because he applied no pressure but gave me total support and made the process to change vehicles incredibly easy . A Brilliant Team
Well, what can we say apart from what a brilliant Team! A really great experience from start to finish with the whole team at the Kingston branch. Russell has been really helpful, with his honest approach and great knowledge, Laura has been amazing and very patient whilst we made our minds up on a Grandland, she has helped us the whole way. The whole thing from start to finish with Kane doing the handover, to the aftersales team helping with care plans, mats, and polishing! Everyone we met at the branch showed a friendly approach and made us feel at ease. We are delighted with our car and would certainly recommend. Thank you
