Greeted by a very pleasant young man who seemed knowledgeable about the 2008. There were two nearly new automatics available and I selected the one I preferred. The test drive proved suitable and I bought the car I had been thinking of buying for about 6months.

First dealings with dealership and have to say 5 star service. I have ordered mobility car and worked with Guisepp who was and is first class and nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
Would recommend a visit if you are considering buying new car.

a cut above the rest
I have not bourght my 2018 Peugeot 208 yet, but Sam French was very charming and was generous and throughout with his time. He was absolutley professional, helpful and knowledgeable in advising me on my choices. He took an interest in my own car too and I felt really genuinely happy with the service he gave me. Lets see if I go ahead with the sale next week, which shall depend on how well the covering up is of a small dent on the bonnet.

My car was collected at the time given, and throughout the time the car was being serviced I was informed as to what was happening and also sent a video of the work carried out, the car was returned with all necessary paperwork.

The wonderful care and professionalism that I received from Alan and his boys and girls at the Brentford garage was equally matched by the truly exceptional customer service offered by Akeel Osman sales controller at the Chiswick showroom. Between them they relieved me of the weeks of stress caused by my broken down Fiat agreeing to take it off my hands as a trade in found me a Peugeot 108 sorted all the paperwork with speed and efficiency chauffeured me about collecting my belongings and taking me home and even when a mechanical glitch in the new car occurred that was sorted out quickly at no expense to myself In a profession notorious for sharp practices my experience of The Robins & Day company was totally positive. Excellent customer service seems to be their number one priority. They now have another loyal customer.
