Fantastic service

Eni was brilliant helping us with exchanging our old car for a much nicer new one. He listened to our concerns and did his best to provide what we needed whilst making it as affordable as possible. Car purchase at Coventry

Myself and my wife are great fans of Citroen. After having a xsara Picasso for 21 years from new without one single problem, we wanted another Citroen. We Shopped around at every Citroen garage which were offering C5 Aircross’s , (the vehicle which we liked) We came across the Coventry branch offering the model at the price that suited us. Our first contact there was “ Carl Monk” - what a very friendly, kind and knowledgeable sales man. Carl was with us all the way - from that initial phone call, right through to driving our car off the forecourt. He explained with great detail all our questions and queries, our new car had so many gadgets ; he explained them all with no hesitation and was patient with our frustrations of test driving an automatic car,(which we had never driven before). Carl is a tremendous asset to Citroen, with his knowledge, his calm demeanour, his understanding of the motor industry, his ability to treat his customers with a warmth that puts them at ease, I wish Carl all the best and I’d like to thank him again for his help with our purchase, it is truly a lovely car and a very pleasurable experience shopping at Citroen Coventry.
