I had a really positive experience at Stellantis & You Leicester thanks to Les Hornsby. While my car was being looked at, he was extremely polite and welcoming, making what could have been a long wait so much easier. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, offering drinks, checking in regularly on the progress of my car, and keeping me updated throughout. He showed genuine care and professionalism. I recently purchased a car with Stellantis and I was supported by Chris Ramsey, who was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient and he really prioritised giving me unbiased information so I could make an informed decision - which I really appreciated! Buying a car for someone who doesn’t know much about cars can be daunting, but Chris truly made my car buying experience an amazing one. I love my car, when I drive it I’m genuinely filled with so much gratitude and Chris (Stellantis) are a key part in me being able to experience this joy and gratitude.
