Malcolm was very down to earth with no undue pressure to make a sale. He talked a couple of novices through the pros and cons of hybrid, EV & petrol. Came away feeling we had made the right choice for our lifestyle keeping to the budget we had set.

Amazing customer service
Kasha was so lovely and helpful with my car. She helped me get serviced efficiently and i was in and out in under an hour for an exhaust problem. There was just a little wait before they could see me but i was offered coffee and it was lovely.

A good morning at vauxhall croydon
Ive been coming to vauxhall croydon more then expected but I have to praise 1 particular person. Her name is Chelsey! Walking into the vauxhall doors can be a stress for me but this young lady makes my visits so much more comfortable. Always smiling and looking presentable. Welcomes you over with all information needed to explain step by step whats going to happen and what to expect. Never fails to ask me if im happy with all she's said.. she always deals with me correctly. Nice showroom . Very clean surroundings. I will add the workman outside are really nice too.

Great sales with no pressure
While having my Vauxhall Grandland in for service. The sales team showed me around the Jeep range. Even though I said I was not changing they showed me around with no pressure. Jeep have a great product line now.

Evans took time to explain everything clearly and in detail. He went out of his way to help me. He was very professional and a credit to your company. I wish all staff who worked in car and service dealerships were as helpful, courteous and polite as he is.
