Buying my Alfa Romeo from Stellantis &You Leicester was a really great experience from start to finish. When I enquired about a test drive I was contacted by Saber Ali who looked after me throughout the process, including sending me a video about my car and where to go when I arrived, a really great touch. Topnotch company!! Just brought a Peugeot 3008 & to be fair to them, they price matched an alternative one that id found cheaper elsewhere. Special mention has to go to Chloe Hewett who was more than happy to answer about 10 emails i must have sent her asking different things, she provided a video of the car as well specifically pointing out/addressing some of the things i had asked about AND she even picked me up from the train station (about 15mins drive away) when i went up to have a look at it (i was 99% certain i was going to have it to drive away because of all the work she had put in answering all my questions previously). Never once was she pushy to try & get the order from me (which for me, goes along way to ensuring i wont walk away if i feel im being pressurised) & she clearly knows what she is talking about & has experience in the job & she also arranged 5 days free motor insurance cover for me as well so that i didn't have that hassle to sort whilst i was there. Oh & ensured that i had as many free coffee's as i wanted whilst i was there. So next time im in the market for another car, if the choice is between them & A N Other, then i'll certainly go to them.3 months agoservice
