I had a great experience at Stellantis Citroën in Chelmsford. Leigh Dunkley helped me choose my son's new Motability car. She talked me through the different stages and kept me informed of the car's delivery at the garage. The handover with the old car and new car was smooth and Leigh explained the paperwork and talked me through the controls. Stellantis was a great company to do business with , they were very helpful from the minute I contacted them to the minute I received my new car , but especially Jordan Warrener she has been amazing , so helpful always on hand to answer my txts and emails and calls she was a delight to work with even after I got the car she’s contacted me and said she would speak to me in a few days to see how I’m getting on . Had my service and MOT done on 06/11/2025 . I was looked after Chris Ledesma and he did an a banging job in looking after me and helping me throughout the day.
