I’ve been to many car dealerships, spoken to countless sales execs but Nova truly stood out and truly gave me an unforgettable customer experience, also the manager Juan another absolute legend! I visited this dealership this morning and was impressed by the professionalism and patience of the two members of staff that dealt with my queries. The service manager Dean was very helpful in dealing with questions I required answering (many thanks for your patience)
Emily on the service reception was very helpful too and answered all my questions regarding servicing plans and helped me with the my Citroën app on my phone.
