I took my car to Stellantis, for its first 1 year service. The whole experience, from booking the appointment to collecting it afterwards, was positive. The appointment was arranged to suit my availability on the day. A courtesy car was booked, at the same time as making the appointment, and was the same model as my own vehicle. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. I was kept up to date on the progress of my car and it was returned to me, valeted and washed.
