We arranged to view a car today after searching for a while. We were greeted by Paul, who organized a test drive for us. During the drive, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we returned to the garage, Paul sat us down to discuss various payment options, explaining everything clearly and taking our financial circumstances into account. He wasn't pushy at all, which immediately put us at ease. Additionally, he arranged for me to collect the car a day early due to my upcoming trip. Honestly, he is a credit to the company. I am so excited to collect my car on Thursday!
