Do I buy new or used. ?

I’ve been considering buying either a new or used car and so dropped in to the Coventry branch on the A45. I found that Carl the salesman there was very helpful and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of my choice. Great job.

My new car from Auto Trader

When I found the ford kuga on auto trader I knew it was the car for me.On enquiring information from Nick English of stellantis and you, my thoughts about the car were quickly reasurred that the ford kuga would be worth the hour trip. So with Nick willingly finding a suitable time and date that suited me,I quickly excepted the appointment and paid the reserve price. When upon meeting Nick English he was very helpful in answering all of my questions and understanding when I said that emails were not my fortay! I own a 2022 peugeot 2008

I own a 2022 peugeot 2008. Which had several warning lights on the dash. The mot is due very soon so needed to get it sorted. My car went in on a recall for a software update which did not solve the issue. The girls on the service desk were all brilliant. They took over & sorted everything. Car is going in in the next day or two to replace a faulty part & carry out my cars first mot. In the past ive never been a big fan of using main dealers as i always found them expensive however i really think these guys go above & beyond

Great Motability experience

I am a Motability customer the access to the showroom is fantastic for a wheelchair user the staff are all very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I dealt with Aislinn Busby from start to finish she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable she made the whole experience wonderful would highly recommend her she’s very good at what she does and nothing was too much she gave me the time I needed without feeling pressured all in all a fantastic dealership.
