New Car

Nick has made my experience buying my new car very easy, from the initial visit to the showroom to signing documents has been amazing. A family member has also been dealing with Nick nearly 10 Years and never had a issue with warranties or queries on the car they have purchased. Good dealership, Gerald is fantastic

Gerald was the main sales executive we dealt with and he was absolutely lovely, very professional and understanding of our circumstances, he was very informative and helpful without being the typical overbearing sales-y type you so often get. He took the time to understand what was important to me, then kept me well informed and checked in regularly. While I didn't end up buying from here (pure luck on the day when I visited somewhere in my family's hometown), I still wanted to write to share that Gerald is an asset to the Wimbledon Stellantis team!

Vehicle purchase…

Initially attended to view a particular model/type of vehicle. Went inside to the sales area, to find that the particular vehicle we were looking at had literally just been sold/reserved, we were offered keys to check out a similar vehicle on site which we then weren't keen on. The sales person (Nova) then took time out to find a vehicle of a very similar spec and colour etc which was still available in West London, which we decided to reserve there and then, which is probably not something which would be recommended, but we had confidence in the sales rep by then. From then on, we were able to keep in regular touch with the rep over the next few days via Whatsapp. Any questions were promptly and precisely answered by the rep. All in all a professional service was provided, and would recommend

Warning light issue resolved promptly

My daughter bought a used car from Stellantis in December and Carlos was very informative and not pushy. A warning light appeared in mid January and on contacting Carlos he agreed to have the car returned to enable full diagnosis. He provided a courtesy car and three days later explained the diagnosis and action taken by the garage to resolve the issue.Upon returning the courtesy car, my daughter's car was freshly cleaned and the tank was full. Excellent aftercare by Carlos and would highly recommend Stellantis.

Had my van in for repair at your Windsor Street Manchester branch.The Service I recieved from my first initial phone call ,to recieving imformation rapidly from fault diagnostic test was spot on.The text messages and phone calls from Ashleigh where very reassuring , polite , friendly and very professional. Salesperson Aaron at the Newport site was fantastic. Before we signed up for a new car he came to our house twice with two different cars to test drive. To me that is above and beyond. Such a lovely and knowledgeable young man who knew his stuff!! A credit to your organisation.
