Paul Phillips did an excellent job of finding a suitable used vehicle for me and guided me skilfully and patiently through every step of the way. I had spent a lot of time unsuccessfully searching the web for something that was suitable but Paul quickly found one that ticked all the boxes, and there were a LOT of boxes. He had listened carefully to all our needs. At first I was nervous of paying a deposit before I had seen the car as it had to be brought in from elsewhere e.g. what if the seat was unsuitable for my arthritic hip? but I need not have worried, it was perfect. The staff were very polite and friendly especially Jorge Alcantara our sales rep he made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish.
