Job well done.

Once I’m at the info desk in a few minutes a lady staff came to see me. She told me the estimated time to replace the headlight bulb will be 2-3hours. More or less than an hour I’m surprised the lady staff told me that the bulb replacement is done. The technician also said they checked the rest of the lights of the vehicle including fluids has been washed too. Many thanks for the job well done.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service! We met Gazinder a few months back where he helped us choose the right car for us. He informed us that the car will be delivered to the showroom in a few months and kept us informed along the way. The car arrived on time and it was a smooth handover. Thank you Gazinder!

The staff were very helpful

The staff were very helpful , especially Matthew on the desk. The car was ready on time, having been serviced and two new tyres fitted, with a final clean, making a 6 year look like new again. Instead of going nearer home next year decided to stay with Preston.
