Excellent Service from Jason Williams!

Absolutely excellent experience of purchasing a used car from Stellantis & You Newport and in particular Jason Williams! Saw a car on Autotrader and expressed an interest. I was called the following day by Jason who was excellent! Knew the car inside out and walked me through the options, but at no time did Jason apply any pressure sales tactics. My prospective purchase also had the complication that due to the distance I am from Newport, the sale, including a part exchange had to be fully remote. I was looking to buy the car without seeing it and with no test drive. Jason arranged a video walk around and offered a reasonably priced delivery and collection service. I was kept informed throughout the process, we agreed on a price and from there all signatures done digitally online, with the car delivered in less than a week! From the first contact through to receiving the car, which is perfect by the way, Jason Williams has been excellent and a credit to Stellantis & You Newport! He even sent a video of the car again as it was about to leave the forecourt on its way to me! Many Thanks for your efforts, it's very much appreciated, I'll be in touch again in a couple of years! Motability customer, would highly recommend!

Rushing in 30mins before closing to order a motability car on the cut off day, Dipesh couldn't have been more helpful! I found the whole process, from ordering to collecting and post-collection, a breeze. There was no hard upselling to buy extra features, which was a refreshing experience! I was kept updated regularly by Dipesh as to the progress on the car, even when there wasn't any progress to report. The car came in about 6 weeks ahead of schedule and the collection process was swift and efficient. Dipesh talked me through the basics of the car features during handover & inspection so that driving away was a straightforward procedure. I've been followed up via email and telephone to check how I'm getting on and honestly, I'm impressed how easy the whole process has been. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dipesh particularly if you are searching for a motability car. The dealership itself was clean, bright and welcoming, with a great hot drinks machine and supplies in the waiting area. So that's always a bonus!

Excellent customer service

Met Lewis at Stellantis, last week, to discuss ordering a Motability car. From the moment we walked in,( myself, wife and two boys), we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Lewis is thoroughly professional in his manner and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone. He was kind enough to give us a test drive, and was extremely patient and friendly. I placed an order for a new car and was very pleased with the whole experience.
