Absolutely brilliant service!

After having a bad experience with a car dealership, I didn't hold out much hope on getting a new car. However, I saw one I liked at Robins and Day in Coventry and phoned Lee. I managed to secure the car over the phone for a great price! When I went to pick it up, he went through everything with me to ensure I understood all the gadgets. I could not have had a better experience!

Super Car!

Visited the dealership without booking a test drive but this was not a problem to the sales advisor Hammad. After discussing the model of car we were looking for we were able to take a car out for a drive. The sale was handled in a fast, friendly & efficient manner. We had to phone a few times with questions which were easily answered by Hammad. The car was at the dealership before the date that we were given which was great. We love the DS3 :-)

nicest salesmen I've ever dealt with .

Felt at ease walking round viewing the cars . No pressure from sales people and answered any queries with ease . Also listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal without being pushy .

Friendly and efficient service

John McVey who looked after me when I visited for the test drive was friendly and helpful, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and not "pushy" I have placed an order for the car and look forward to picking it up and would have no hesitation in using them again when I am looking for my next car

Good company to do business with

After researching the purchase of a nearly new Cactus for some time and requesting details from a couple of other Citroen dealers, found the salesman Gary Constable at Robins and Day Birmingham very good to deal with. Stated what I wanted from the deal and Gary took this on board and put together a deal which suited us both. Deal sealed in one quick phone call and a couple of emails, (unlike a nameless car supermarket I visited) I have the reassurance of a Citroen approved vehicle at a price not dissimilar to autotrader searches. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

No fuss car purchase

I recently purchased a nearly new Peugot 108. The buying experience from start to finish was trouble free and conducted in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. The sales man (John Millington) was a far cry from the stereotypical car sales man and I would recommend both him and the Robins and Day garage to anyone looking to purchase a car.
