Replacement Vehicle
My Citroen, which wasn't bought from a Citroen dealership, had a number of problems over the short time I had it that cost me a few £000. I eventually packed in and I had it taken to Citroen Edinburgh who I had been in contact with to get repairs done on it. I was advised it would cost more to fix than it was worth and it would be advisable to scrap.
This didn't come as a complete surprise. Servicing area passed me over to the sales team and within a week, despite a dodgy credit history,I had a more up to date C4, which is giving me twice the fuel economy I had before and is helping me to keep my driving costs down. Very satisfied customer.
Great Customer Service
Chris Finch gave the best customer service I've ever had from a car dealer, a real pleasure to deal with.
Nothing was too much trouble. Emails and calls were responded to promptly, promises made, were delivered.
Of all the car salesmen I've ever dealt with, Chris surpassed them all.

Citroen Manchester gave me a great deal and a fabulous buying experience in May 2016. My uncle had bought a car from them the week before so we went back there to test drive a DS3. Great price no hassles full Citroen 12 month warranty, 12 months AA roadside recovery, a 30 day or 1000 mile no quibble guarantee of a complete replacement car in the event of a serious failure. A guarantee of £750 towards getting my used car through its first MOT because it wasn't due until September as they could't put a full MOT on until it was due, and a fair price for my trade in. This team didn't just go the extra mile, they were out of this world. Best deal anywhere in the North West on price and all the added extra's were a bonus too. Highly recommended for a new or used car.
