From beginning to end, I felt at ease. As a newly-passed driver, I had lots of questions about the car and finance arrangements, and my sales rep Priyesh was very clear and friendly when addressing all my concerns and questions. He has a lovely manner about him that made me feel very comfortable. I never felt as I was being sold to. Priyesh got me a great deal when my original choice of model wasn't available. The whole process was smooth and easy, from my test drive to signing off the final paperwork and driving away, I was kept well-informed and up to date. The cherry on the cake was a beautiful bouquet of flowers to take home in my new car. I'm sure they do this for everyone, but it was a really nice touch which perfectly complimented the celebratory mood of buying my first car. Would highly recommend Priyesh and Robins & Day Edgware.

I can honestly say that the customer service at robins & day was second to none. They were polite, reassuring & very friendly & helpful. Nothing was to much trouble & I whould definitely recommend anyone thinking of buying a car from them to go there. The sales representative was non-judgemental and very approachable. He gave very good advice and guided me to the right car the fit all my requirements and more. The presentation of the car was of a standard second to none. Everything was done in a professional yet friendly manner. Highly recommended

Really friendly and helpful staff, made choosing a new car a delight.

My car had it's 6 week check, and a small dent removed which was on the car when bought. This was carried out quickly while I waited, and the car was washed too. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

Excellent experience - helpful and knowledgeable sales person made all the difference. Wasn't pushy and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want. Very pleased with the car and the after sales follow up.

As always Robin and day staff very helpful. Adam lumbley was his usual helpful and informative self I couldn't ask for more. I have had every car I have ever bought from Robins and Day.

the salesman was very good at selling the car to me with no pressure or silly sales talk and I found no faults with the car and was presented in very clean condition and all the gadgets which come on todays modern cars explained to me I forgot some of them before I got home but then I am a 80 year old and not into much of this computer game
