Yes, I was treated well.first time I went there I never had an appointment, but was seen to by ozan karagulmez. We chatted for a abit about the car I wanted and doing trade in..then I made an appointment for next time. And then started the ball rolling from there.

Excellent Throughout

I hate buying second hand cars at the best of times, but this was without doubt the best experience I've had. Had the opportunity to take the car on a proper test drive on a variety of roads and speeds, which really helped to give confidence in the purchase. Salesperson Rebekah was polite and courteous and did not make me fell under any pressure to make a purchase. What was even less expected from a main dealer was to get the car at a great price thanks to a special offer at the time. Recommended.

All round great experience

Visited Robins & Day North Birmingham 3 times as I wanted another Peugeot but could not make up my mind on the model. We never felt under any pressure to make a decision and the salesman ( Alex ) was really understanding and so helpful. Recommend this branch of Robins & Day to anyone.
